This exercise method was developed by Juliu Horvath. It was inspired by yoga, Qi gong, swimming, and dance. Benefits include: joint mobility, spinal decompression, fascia unwinding, nervous system health, meridian stimulation, lymph flow, agility, strength, and stabilization of the spine. This method is excellent for building bone for Osteoporosis, posture correction for kyphosis, as well as re-balancing muscles for scoliosis.

I have trained with Erin since 2014 for both PIlates and Gyrotonic. I trained with her full time when I lived in Austin, but now that I am in Houston I train with her any time I am in Austin. I have a love/hate relationship with Gyrotonic, but Erin always provides a great workout for both PIlate and Gyrotonic and has helped keep me moving through my various health challenges!
