Erin is a highly certified movement specialist who excels in various therapeutic and fitness modalities, including GYROTONIC®, GYROKINESIS®, and Pilates.

With a focus on posture correction, injury prevention, and overall well-being, Erin strives to help clients unlock their full potential through movement.

From a young age, Erin experienced the transformative power of somatic practices firsthand when she successfully rehabilitated her own posture and alleviated chronic pain. She had severe kyphosis, poor posture, and neck pain.

She was able to fully rehabilitate her body and reverse her condition. Once at 5'6 tall and now at 5'8, she jokes that she grew an inch with Pilates and another inch from the Gyrotonic exercise method!

This personal journey, combined with over 20 years of professional experience, has fueled her passion for guiding others to achieve thesame freedom and ease in their bodies. Erin has been teaching Pilates since 2006. As an apprentice, she worked for Ballet Austin. She worked at a holistic physical therapy clinic for 7 years.

Throughout her career, Erin has worked with diverse clientele, ranging from dancers and athletes to individuals recovering from injuries and the elderly. Her knowledge and compassionate approach have enabled her to work with clients a wide array of conditions including: herniated discs, bulging discs, lower back pain, disc compression, plantar fasciitis, scoliosis, sciatica, TMJ, shoulder, hip, neck, and knee injuries, osteoporosis, as well as prenatal and postnatal care.

In addition to her certifications in GYROTONIC® levels 1 and 2, Erin is a PMA®certified Pilates instructor and has completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training through Dharma Yoga. She has also earned certifications in the DK Body Balancing method, Fascial Anatomy by Core Therapy, the Somaspace Classical Pilates Bridge Program, and additional specialized courses in osteoporosis, osteopenia, shoulder girdle, pelvic girdle, and hands & feet. She holds a B.A. in psychology from St. Edward’s University.
